Reviews and Ratings
Despite the small cleanliness details like the coffee machine, my stay at the hotel was wonderful with spacious rooms featuring a bath and separate shower. The service was top-notch and really welcoming, although the location was a bit humid and lacked staff knowledge on nearby amenities. Dining options were limited and overpriced, while the facilities were decent overall.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were luxurious, especially the presidential style suites with a design reminiscent of the Château Frontenac. The ample closet space and street-facing views were exceptional. The service, highlighted by the marble bathroom with floor heating and the attentive staff, made our stay truly remarkable. The location, near the CN Tower and Rogers Centre, offered convenience for both business and leisure travelers. However, the dining options were overpriced and lacked variety, somewhat detracting from an otherwise excellent stay.
The hotel rooms were spacious, adorned splendidly with amber-colored wood decor, making me feel engulfed by luxury in the middle of a forest. The service was top-notch, incredibly friendly, and well-trained to anticipate my needs. The location was exceptional-central with easy access to popular attractions, although the staff lacked knowledge about local amenities on some occasions. The dining options were limited but showcased delicious dishes. Overall, a remarkable stay marred only by the lack of pet restrictions in the rooms.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The elegant room exceeded my expectations with a well-designed interior and plenty of storage space, though it could have been a bit cleaner in small details like the coffee machine. The service was outstanding, with the staff being super friendly and even surprising us with delicious chocolate-covered strawberries for our 20th anniversary. However, I found the hotel to be a bit expensive when all additional charges were considered.
The hotel offers top-notch and very comfortable rooms, but unfortunately, our stay was affected by construction noise and unpleasant views early in the morning. The service was flawless, and the location provided exceptional access to key city attractions.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The room I got after deciding on a $50 onsite upgrade was absolutely perfect for a nice getaway with my spouse. The staff went above and beyond to make our special occasion memorable. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, and the dining experience was a bit disappointing in terms of options and value for money.
I had a cozy stay at the hotel, with well-laid out rooms offering a partial view of the CN Tower. However, the room was not made up after leaving in the morning. The service was super friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond for our 20th anniversary. The location is highly recommended, close to various attractions and dining options on Wellington Street. The dining experience was limited but the facilities were satisfactory.
I was quite impressed with the hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet and a bathroom that includes both a shower and a bathtub. The room had lots of space and was very well thought out in terms of electrical plugs and switches. The location is truly second to none, close to everything you could need for a great stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, offering all the amenities I needed, but the onsite upgrade decision for 50 bucks was not that great for the money. The service was pleasant and helpful, although sometimes lacking in initiative. The location was fantastic, with shops, bars, and restaurants within easy walking distance. The dining options were limited and expensive, but the cafe next door had some homemade jams that were nice.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were large and very comfortable with an enormous and luxurious bathroom. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make our anniversary special. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and all its attractions. Though the dining options were limited due to renovation, the overall experience was excellent.
